Seasonal Quartet: Winter
This is a winter landscape and stars, with the sun underground. It is one of a major group of weavings I created for my retirement exhibition, “For Love of Color,” at the Haywood County Arts Council in 2010. By giving it the name of Quartet, I make a connection between music and visual arts. It was a gift to my sister, Lavilla Burgess. 18″ x 24″ 2010
