Responding to the Call
This tapestry is the first of three parts of The Journey Through Theological Education. It depicts a variety of persons traveling together on a spiral path toward a source of light. They come from many places and directions and quite a few are not actually on the designated path but are generally headed in the same direction, following their own path. This represents their affirmation of their sense of calling, beginning a new journey. This piece is meant to be used in the Autumn, up until Christmas break, and corresponds in a general way to Advent and expectation. 3’ x 4’ c. 1999
