Lake Junaluska Peace Conference 2011
The Peace Conference theme in 2011 was “Poverty, Abundance, and Peace: Seeking Economic Justice for all God’s Children.” I used the papercut pieces from the “Imagine” series along with a setting of the traditional candle stands. The mobile of cranes in the center commemorates the loss of lives in Japan from the earthquake and tsunami earlier in the year.
