Firebird Descending

This colorful tapestry was commissioned for Zibs Reiter by her husband, Ted Reiter. Its abstract design and many bright colors attempt to capture something of the ineffable characteristics of Spirit. The suggestion of a colorfully plumed bird alighting is perhaps an invocation of such an event in our lives. 48″ x 36″ 1996
